Artist Statement

Plato said "Everything that deceives can be said to enchant". My current drawings are about those thoughts and feelings that wake us up in the middle of the night. It is about all the illusions and stories we tell ouselves in order to live. They are part of a larger body of work called "American Tragedy" which includes paintings.

The Disney related drawings come from a previous body of work. The paintings can be seen at my page at the artist's file at: artistsspace.org
