I have explored several different directions in my work, from full-color acrylic paintings on paper and canvas to charcoal and crayon drawings; from mixed-medium pieces which include both painting and drawing, and might include collage and resin, to polaroid photography and printmaking. In some of my work, I draw or paint repetitive forms to create a surface I refer to as a "visual mantra" because the process itself can be both visually arresting and meditative. In my most recent work, I am experimenting with painting and drawing that contains multiple areas which are separate yet connected as a whole.
