I like to work on heavy weight white paper because I feel like I am flying through space to find a perfect balance within gravity. I use graphite pencils to make fine lines and create the structure. At the same I create tension using the weight of color. I enjoy the perfect sense of a free standing abstract form even though it is on flat surface.
