Artist Statement
Working with a limited set of accessible home and office materials including Post-it Notes, copier paper, glue, scissors, a paper cutter, ruler, and Xerox machine, I construct abstract geometric landscapes. The paper drawings emphasize line, rhythms, patterns, textures, and subtle changes in spatial relationships and are informed by my emotional and psychological responses to natural and urban places.
