Artist Statement

There are empty spots in the world, all over.

Why are they there, these empty spots?

Maybe it is because people keep on missing certain things everyday. Maybe it is a communication issue. Maybe it is just how people see the world. Or, maybe it is the way people have chosen to live.

Whatever the answer is, the number of these empty spots will continue to increase. But there might be some ways to fill in some of the void, somehow.

My art making is a challenge to make this world a little more complete by trying to fill some of these "holes."
