Artist Statement

This body of work, I refer to as my "drolleries marginalia."

The term is used to describe the grotesques forms found in Illuminated gothic manuscripts, on the periphery of the “Word of God.”

These works are on the boundaries of my very different other artwork and   are more personal and intimate through their immediate emotional  “rawness” and the autobiographical nature of my blood.

Call it ” diary “ on the edge.
