Artist Statement

Through my work I search for the common ground we ALL share.

Discovering the multiple worlds that intertwine in our reality becomes the vehicle of discovering my own.

I step in another person's shoes in an attempt of unveiling the reality that surrounds us.

By giving the tools to those who are left out we are able to hear their voice that raise without words and to look through their eyes. It is then that we can see WE are not different.

Artist Bio / CV
If an artwork could be a place where to live…

Like a silent observer of everything that surrounds me. My work is a satire of the weaknesses of our society. I want to make a statement and confront the spectator with a reality they don’t want to acknowledge.

All my drawings are born from a coffee stain, these stains remind me of politicians; of famous people, and of the people I see everyday walking in the streets.

Technical Statement:

To create my work I recycle the paper-bags I find in the streets, and I use coffee to stain them. For me the paper bags are a mirror of our society: they represent our double standards and moral, they show our need of consuming and buying and they are the perfect example of our waste of the natural resources.
