Artist Statement
In most of my work, my vision is to create pieces, which, despite all that troubles the work, mirror the peacefulness and benevolent energy hat is also part of my experience.  The natural environments reflect a utopian ideal and are meant to point the viewer towards their own, peaceful, self-fulfilled existence.  The process is traditional, cut-and-paste collage in which I use images culled from old books and magazines.
